New colours are introduced and as they are transparent, any additional layering will start to result in gradual gradation of colours. This will enhance the three dimensional images and give them shading and highlights.
Everything was going to plan until – Mark’s cat white enamel tummy decided to ping off.
Why? Now that is a good question. As enamellers know, sometimes it can be impossible to figure it out. I used the same enamel on several sections of both cups without a problem. – Why here?? After several attempts to sort the cat’s tummy I removed all his enamel in that area and replaced it with opalescent white and (again for no reason I can think of) it worked. The frustration of it all! But, it was fixed and I was back to adding colours and details.
